Yes, prosecutors have presented disturbing photos from the raid on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Miami mansion, which took place in March 2024—six months before his arrest.

The images reveal various items found inside the property, including weapons, drugs, sex-related paraphernalia, and personal belongings. Homeland Security Special Agent Gerard Gannon testified about the raid, detailing the evidence collected

Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in New York City in September 2024 and charged with multiple criminal counts, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors allege that Combs used his business empire to facilitate and conceal these crimes, orchestrating coercive sex acts known as “Freak Offs”.

At his hearing, Combs pleaded not guilty and was denied bail, meaning he remains in custody. Authorities have reportedly gathered extensive evidence, including witness testimonies, electronic devices, and video recordings.

Yes, investigators spent months gathering evidence before raiding Diddy’s Star Island mansion in Miami and his Holmby Hills estate in Los Angeles in March 20242. Federal agents reportedly seized weapons, drugs, electronic devices, and sex-related paraphernalia from both properties.

His Holmby Hills mansion, which he purchased for $39 million in 2014, was listed for sale at $61.5 million just weeks before his arrest in September 20245. However, due to his ongoing legal troubles, the property has struggled to attract buyers, with real estate agents reportedly reluctant to be associated with the listing.

Photographs presented to the jury and released to the public offer a glimpse into the discoveries made inside the Florida residence.

The images showcase an array of items, including multiple firearms—such as AR-15 rifle components—alongside numerous pairs of women’s high heels, various sex-related objects, and an assortment of baby oil bottles scattered throughout the vast estate.

Various drugs were also found on the property, with Gannon disclosing that a collection of pills, white powder, and a “crystal rock-like substance”—which later tested positive for cocaine and ketamine—were recovered from a Gucci bag in the closet.

Another photo captures a prescription bottle for Clonazepam as well as natural treatments for erectile dysfunction.

One photo showed a box containing rubber ducks, while another featured Just For Men hair dye placed next to a hairdryer.

An image taken inside a bathroom in the residence revealed a mirror covered with multiple messages—some seemingly written in lipstick, while others were scribbled in black marker.

A third read: “You a legend and quite stn Team Puffy.”

Photos taken outside the residence show that the compound’s gates were forcibly breached by an armored vehicle to gain entry. Diddy acquired the property in two separate transactions, first purchasing one of the homes for $14.5 million in 2003, followed by the second for $35 million in 2021.

While testifying, Gannon disclosed that six individuals were inside the home when Homeland Security agents initiated the raid, including a music producer, a property manager, and other staff members associated with Diddy.

He confirmed that all of them were handcuffed during the operation but clarified that no weapons or other paraphernalia were discovered on their persons.

Additionally, Gannon stated that although the AR-15s found in the home were dismantled at the time, agents did recover a loaded .45 handgun inside a guesthouse on the property, which he referred to as a “guard house” in his testimony.

According to the testimony, a total of 25 bottles of baby oil were found stored inside a closet within the home.

Additional discoveries included three cell phones concealed inside a Balenciaga rain boot, along with 18 pairs of high-heeled shoes, many of which were still in their original boxes.

The residence is believed to be one of multiple locations where Diddy allegedly hosted so-called “freak-off” parties—events described in the indictment as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that involved women being coerced into sexual acts and drug use.

sean-diddy-combs-miami-home-trial-photos-pdiddy-verdict

“Freak-off activity is the core of this case, and freak-offs are inherently dangerous,” prosecutor Emily A. Johnson said during a hearing in September.

Authorities allege that Diddy hosted these so-called “freak-off” gatherings at various locations, including his Holmby Hills mansion, his estate on Miami’s prestigious Star Island, and multiple hotel rooms. During raids on his two properties, agents reportedly uncovered more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil along with several firearms.

Shortly after his arrest, Diddy attempted to use his Miami home as collateral in a failed bid for a $50 million bail arrangement.

The rapper appeared before a judge in a Manhattan courtroom following his detainment, offering to post a $50 million bond in an effort to secure his release.

However, the judge denied his bail request, ruling that he must remain in custody until his trial. The court sided with prosecutors, who argued that Diddy posed too great a risk to be released, despite his legal team presenting a substantial bail proposal.

As part of his bail proposal, Diddy included his Miami mansion on exclusive Star Island, valuing it at $48 million, along with his mother’s Miami home, which accounted for the remaining $2 million needed for the total offer.

He also pledged to restrict his travel to Miami and New York City, stating that his private jet—currently up for sale—would remain parked in Los Angeles to minimize flight risk.

Additionally, it was revealed that Diddy had paid off the remaining $18 million mortgage on his Miami estate in anticipation of the bail hearing.

Diddy’s primary Los Angeles residence—a sprawling estate—was listed for sale just a week before his arrest, with an asking price of $61.5 million.

Property records show that, despite the ongoing trial, the home remains on the market at the same price.

Singer and Beauty Boss Rihanna Unloads One of Her Beverly Hills Homes for $10.3M

That was fast!

Rihanna, the one-name songbird and founder of the wildly successful company Fenty Beauty, has sold her Tudor home in Beverly Hills, CA, for $10,295,000 in just over a month’s time.

And, according to a report from Dirt, RiRi sold this property to the Hollywood agent Tracey Jacobs. (She repped Johnny Depp for years.)

The Barbadian star had listed this home for just under $10.5 million in late May. She had paid $10 million for the place in 2021.

Still, it’s unlikely the billionaire businesswoman, whose given name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, is bothered by the discounted sale. Here’s a look inside the 1930s home.

In addition to the four-bedroom, five-bath main house, there’s a pool, patio, and basketball half-court. The property sits behind gates at the end of a long driveway.

The Tudor measures 5,100 square feet and is warm and inviting, with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the living room and a large island and breakfast nook in the slate-blue kitchen. The primary bedroom is upstairs and comes with a fireplace, private balcony, and dreamy spa bath.

Mature trees dot the half-acre lot, which also includes a vegetable garden, poolside cabana, and fire pit. There’s also a guesthouse, which includes a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and office.

Rihanna still owns a property next door, which she purchased in 2020 for $13.7 million. The megawatt entrepreneur, who performed in the Super Bowl halftime show in February, has three children with ASAP Rocky.

Outside, stately trees, lush lawns, and a vegetable garden await, along with a pool and patio spaces. There’s even a half-basketball court for pickup games.

Rihanna’s talent knows few bounds as she’s branched out widely from her early days as a pop artist. The billionaire Barbadian is the founder of the makeup brand Fenty Beauty, and she’s the force behind the fashion house with the same name, which is under the luxury conglomerate LVMH.

As the headliner of the Super Bowl LVII halftime show, the megawatt star blew the roof off the place.

Rosie O’Donnell Finally Sells New York Penthouse at $1 Million Loss—After Quitting U.S. and Moving to Ireland

Rosie O’Donnell has finally managed to find a buyer for her New York City penthouse after two years—but will take a brutal $1.1 million hit on the property if the deal goes through.

O’Donnell, 63, who recently revealed that she has relocated to Ireland in the wake of President Donald Trump‘s election win, purchased the spacious abode back in 2017, when she paid $8 million.

However, in May 2023, she put the dwelling back on the market, with a slightly increased price of $8.3 million, only for it to remain unsold for close to two years, during which time it was delisted and discounted several times.

Most recently, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse was on the market for $6.9 million, with listing agency The Corcoran Group indicating that it is now “in contract,” although it does not note whether the buyer offered up the full asking price.

As first reported by the New York Post, even if the buyer did agree to pay the most recent listing price, O’Donnell will still take a $1.1 million loss on the home—which is one of many properties that she has sold off in recent years.

Now, O’Donnell has left the U.S. behind altogether, revealing in mid-March that she has quit her home country and moved to Europe, noting that she will not return to the States until it is “safe for all citizens.”

While she has not revealed where in Ireland she has chosen to settle down with her youngest child, Dakota “Clay” O’Donnell, 12, the comedian has proven that she has a penchant for luxury—at least as far as her property purchases are concerned.

And her soon-to-be former New York apartment is no different.

The expansive home sits high atop New York City and boasts access to a private, rooftop terrace and features a glass-enclosed dining room and a sauna.

The spacious great room offers a wood-burning fireplace made of honed, black granite and imported, wide-plank oak floors.

An adjacent wet bar features a light-up, onyx-stone surface and a professionally installed sound system.

The gourmet chef’s kitchen has Corian countertops, an eat-in island, and high-end appliances, including a 70-bottle wine fridge.

Designed for entertaining, the cook space has two dishwashers, two ovens, and two integrated sinks. There’s also a pantry and bar area with a refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave.

A primary suite provides western views and a marble bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, and radiant floors.
